2 rounds of interview , HR & Ops manager rounds , Received offer after 2 weeks of interview . Interview & selection process was smooth.Seamless and standardized process with behavioral and technical questions. 3 interviews, one phone screen, a 1:1, and a panel interview. Recruiters are super hands on, communicative, transparent and helpful. They really want to equip you with all the resources you need to be successful and are rooting for you.
The interview was cordial and well-organized. The interviewers give you a fair chance to put across your opinions. The process itself is seamless and transparent. Overall, it was a great experience interviewing at Concentrix for the aforementioned position.

It was one Virtual and in person interview at Vadodara alembic city, the process is very simples and effective. Overall experience is very good. It was a half day process during an in person interview.
