Very Informal Process. Even if they share draft offer, there is no guarantee that they will share final offer letter and they will keep negotiating till joining date even if they release draft offer
It was good and we could able to crack only when you know about the role and responsibilities completely . Many can apply and good one will be recruited . Always read everything on resume and be prepared
