Fairly easy phone call and then a few online assessments. They did a background check to confirm where you are residing you need to have valid ID with current address. Not very stressful and HR seemed laid back.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
