Interview
It's was not that difficult but it took few days to get result and there was atleast 3 round of interview. I got myself through a consultancy so it was not that hard
The Concentrix interview process is usually simple and structured, especially for customer service, BPO, and technical roles. It may vary slightly by job, but the overall flow is quite consistent.
Process was clear and fast, going through the specifics of the job and the skills needed to do it. Professionals were educated and listened and asked good questions.
Process took 10 days, which is way lower than other companies.
Interview process is easy. Multiple rounds would be there HR, Ops but it's easy.

2. Work Experience
3. Why you have left your last job ?
4. Why should we hire you ?
5. Any situation based questions.
