Firstly I got an email with links to personality and intelligence tests. After completing it I got a call from HR to schedule a technical interview. The interview had a few parts: English knowledge, HR part (working in a team, etc.), and questions about programming languages mentioned in my resume. I was asked about C, Java, Sql.
