Interview
Email then phone call. Then sit down and talk with the owner who is full of himself. Conversation went ok and was polite... They offer very low pay for the type of work. Very unprofessional and try to tell you about their office perks like their school age pizza parties. This place is a joke, more like a daycare than a professional business. I would not want to be one of the low paid unfortunate ones that has to take a job with this company that clearly does not value their employees.

Interview
All interviews were in-person, despite the raging pandemic. They brought me in three separate times and wouldn’t/couldn’t tell me who I’d be meeting with in advance. There were weeks of lag time between each communication. Met with the CEO twice and was given an easy technical interview by someone who would have been my peer who seemed decent. Never met the person who would have been my direct supervisor, but was told he wasn’t really a people-person(!?)
The CEO did not wear a mask to either meeting and told me that he pays people hourly because salaried people “don’t work hard after a few months.” Complained about how everyone leaves after a year. Clearly a huge lack of respect for staff all around and a total lack of self-awareness. Benefits were pitiful to non-existent and salary well below-average. Overall, this process wasted a lot of my time for nothing. Avoid.

Meet with a lady, who is incredibly rude. Which is weird because they are hiring because they need you, not the other way around. She refused to answer vital questions about their benefits package. Then you meet with the owner who goes over in detail about their projects and plans, which not technical skills at all. I wasn't asked anything technical, just pretty much if I intended to stick around and not leave (which was a huge red flag.) Took the job because I needed work experience until I could move on.
