There was 3 stages and a task for the role - low pay and hardly any benefits. Was told will get back with a few days but completely ghosted, and to email them to get any further feedback despite them previously mentioning they will not waste time of candidates - all talk

it was the most unorganized company, delay in responses, unprofessional behaviour, rescheduling the meetings, changing attendees, calling out of the business time, just the office was pretty not the staff
friendly people on the surface, but they ghost you until relentless chase and never provide feedback no matter how hard you chase them.
The process is good but the practice and consideration of candidates can be improved.
