Compass Events Account Manager interview questions

I was eliminated in the first round of interview. They was recruiting for entry level trainee which involves event based sales. I hoped for a position that have atleast few management works. So I was quiet reluctant in the interview process. I never expected that I need to take up a sales job to climb the management ladder.
