The process was smooth. Casual yet professional. Team was friendly and clear about expectations. The questions were thoughtful and gave me space to explain my process. Didn’t get the role, but they followed up quickly and professionally.

Interview
I was reached out by HR team through LinkedIn, which is a good initiatives where we get to communicate easily and made connections.
I went to two session throughout the hiring process. The first interview session was joined with the manager and head of people. The questions are back to back, mostly about yourself and your personality. And there are some critical thinking questions, which I believe fit the role I'm taking.
The second session was the chem check session, where the candidate will need to join in with various people from different department in C27 and random things will be discussed, about yourself, what's your hobby, how was your day today, and so many fun things. This session was super fun where we get to be ourselves, and discuss about random things together.
Overall, HR team were very nice and welcoming and the result came out pretty fast in my opinion. I'll give a shoutout to Maira and Bella for their services throughout my hiring processes, although I was late to respond to their text most of the time, both of them always checking in with me and never for once ghost me as a candidate. I'll give 10 out of 5 stars for my experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Company27 (Kuala Lumpur) in Feb 2019
Interview
