Interview
First round, followed by a case study and then a final round. First round conducted by analyst, asked basic investment banking technical questions. Case study included simple public and M&A comps model. Final round behavioral with associate.
Multiple rounds. First round with HR. Second round with an Analyst. Followed by an interview round with an associate and then case study that involves building a deck and DCF model

Interview
1st round - Short 15 minute call with analyst, mostly technical.
2nd round - 5 hour case study which involves doing a public comps and m&a comps analysis, researching a specific company and deal.
