Interview
The interview was conducted with a group. The managers lead, and asked various questions about favorite colors, favorite artists and types of art. After the group interview, we had one on ones with the hiring managers which went into further depth on resume and past experience.

You feel like family it’s a group interview . You learn a lot about the company and what they stand for I believe this is to get you prepared to be a part of the companies expectations for you as a worker.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ColorFactoryCorp (Houston, TX) in Oct 2019
Interview
It was a group interview that was conducted at a nearby coworking space considering the exhibit wasn't yet open. It was pretty easy, and the HR woman was really nice. The questions were pretty generic, so it wasn't too bad in terms of the content we were asked to discuss. My only complaint is that it was a group interview. Some of the people in my interview took way too long answering the questions and continuously cut off other people trying to speak. Very annoying and unprofessional. On the Color Factory side though, it was a great interview process.
