They first took written IQ test(which was irrelevant for design profile), machine test and personal interview which took 12 noon to 5 pm i.e. 5 hours. During machine test, they gave me versions of screens (which i realized later that they got their client work done by me for free) The personal interview with founder was good. He is down to earth and a cool person. Asked genuine questions. In the end they concluded that they really liked me, and i was selected. They asked me to go home and they will mail me the joining date and offer letter within a day or two. But never sent anything.
