Interview
Its a two round of interview .One was taken by the Director of the company and second was,means finale round of interview taken by the CEO of the company.First round was taken approximately 20 mins,where the Director asked me about my personal details,educational details,and about my experiences.After that means,second round was taken approximately 45 mins,where the CEO of the company asked about my current salary and expectation for salary.Finally they offered me for the post of HR Executive.

Initial screening, Director's round and then CEO's round.The interview process was lengthy.They usually make sit for a online machine test.After completing that they will send for the first round.In CEO's round all the negotiations are done.
