Interview
They will email you and ask to set up a Skype call with you. The director is usually the one who handles the calls. She is extremely pleasant and wants to see how energetic you are as an individual.
If she likes you she will make you an offer right away, she also will explain to you ideally what you will be doing on a day to day basis. Along with providing you with all the information you will need for the job.

Interview
Mostly behavioral, getting to know you via zoom. I had to showcase I have knowledge on programing and working with kids (virtually). If you understand knowledge on basic computer science concepts or know a language like python, lua then you are qualified. You do have to know how to work with kids and deal with them virtually, to maintain the class fun and engaging.

Interview was on Skype and extremely friendly. Asked about my skills and what I needed to know. Very nice staff and not too hard to get along with staff. I enjoyed working with them.
