the interview process is not so clear most of the time you only have to submit the projects and get a certificate, nothing new to do and the projects are all basic .
There were 4 questions mostly HR questions. like, describe the time when you are leading a project what the difficulties are and what are your strength and weakness. how did you handle work along with college .

Interview
there was no interview. you basically have to fill out a form and choose your domain and you get an internship for one month, its pretty safe and easy so you can go for it for fulfilling your college criteria but not for experience.
No need of interview screening, you can get selected if you're resume is strong. You can have higher chances if you have good college. Better unpaid opportunity to upskill in first or sophomore year.
