Had a phone interview before an in-person one, but they mostly asked the same questions. Both were relatively quick, and they started off pretty casual asking about your hobbies as an icebreaker but are mostly just interested in your overall availability.

What is your availability like in a typical week? Are you able to work night shifts (i.e. till 11:30PM)?
Prepare a self introduction, and they ask about based on your self introduction and personal background and resumes that you provided, and then answer about the situational question, by the way the interviewers are so nice.

Standard interview questions, questions about your experience, education, availability, etc. were asked. It was likely easier due to my previous experience as a barista, so they mostly asked about that.
