I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company was unprofessional from start to finish. After my first interview, I was asked to drive hours for what I thought was a follow up conversation, only to be told at the last minute that I needed to deliver a second (word for word) pitch in person, something that was never communicated ahead of time.
They scheduled back to back interviews in public on so I awkwardly crossed paths with another candidate. The president also joined one of my Zoom interviews, didn’t acknowledge me, used profanity multiple times, and generally came across as dismissive and rude. The entire process felt chaotic, unstructured, and disrespectful of candidates’ time.
To top it off, they floated a “$40k base” as if it was supposed to scare candidates away, which, if true, is far below market for the role. Overall, it came across as a company that lacks organization, professionalism, and respect for people’s efforts.
Very short. 3 interviews. The first is a call with HR. Then a call with the President then a group call. There was a script you had to present in the final interview.
Its not an easy interview process.
1. Three interviews with different people,
2. Memorize a script and give a pitch to the team
3. Then you have an in person interview.
