The interview process for Clowns Unlimited was very simple. You have to fill out a paper application. Then take it to their main office in Kent. Once, you turn it in, They will either choose to look at it in front of you and you will be extended an on the spot interview or they will ask you come back in a couple of days. this depends on how busy the season is and if they are actively hiring. The interview over all is very simple. They will have conversion with you to see how your personality matches with what they are looking for and then you will be asked to show some of your skills by face painting if that's what you're interviewing for. They will tell you on the spot if you have the job or not an you will sent a text or email from you direct manager or scheduler telling you when you start and that info of the event you have.
