Tedious but easy and worth the time. You must be willing to learn and open minded about the experience. Be able to write and speak at a C2 English level as you will go through various speaking, grammar, and typing tests.

Interview
The waiting took long. The process was intensive, with online tests mandated before actual interview. The actual interview felt inconclusive - it was easy, but I had no idea what they were looking for. The process was not rewarding for effort put in.
