First interview was a basic check to see if you could speak English. Next one was a technical interview where they asked you to solve a problem and watched you figure it out. Finally there was a code project where you had to submit and have it reviewed by one of the interviewers.

What is your background, tell me about your latest project???
The process was quite difficult, which is a good thing. The steps are:
-Screen interview with recruiter
-Algorithms tests (codility)
-Project (code and documentation)
-Interview about the project. They will ask questions about your approach, the flaws they found, and ask you to explain things you did.
The process was excellent, with highly professional standards. I appreciate the organization of the steps for the final approval and believe that as they say the best freelancers all over the world, due to the level of the skills assessment.
