The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. It began with an initial conversation about my background and experience, followed by a technical review focused on fundamental web and CSS concepts as well as basic React component development. I answered nearly all of the technical questions correctly and communicated my past project experience clearly, but the team still appeared to have difficulty determining whether I had sufficient experience. Overall, the process was manageable, though the evaluation criteria were not entirely transparent.
