Interview
Very easy interview. In the interview, they just asked about my experience.
They also gave an exam with approximately 80 questions about Java, Sql, and Web development.
The company has no diversity. The vast majority of people are from one country (i.e. India according to an Associate at the company) and the managers have a strong & unfair bias towards applicants from the same country/region.
