! Warning!
The interview process for Clermont was the most time consuming and unprofessional I have ever experienced. The way Clermont dealt with me was more than unprofessional it was disrespectful and degrading. I've read horror stories on Glassdoor before but this exceeded what I frankly thought even possible.
After 4 months, 10+ rounds of interviews from the CEO to consultant level, and a thorough case study assignment I was passed over with little explanation after multiple indications that an offer letter was forth coming.
I was strung along for 2 months with little communication and many ignored follow ups or promises for updates. I kept getting asked for a "final" interview with other team members which was never the case as more interviews were always requested. Their entire process is disorganized and they have no consideration or respect for a candidates time.
If this is how they treat their candidates I would strongly advise you to avoid this place. At the very least if you decide to pursue an opportunity here ask for a clear timeline of the interview process upfront otherwise your time, effort, and hopes may be needlessly wasted.
