I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clear Motion (Billerica, MA) in Jul 2020
Interview
Applied online, first interaction was a 30 minute phone screen.
2nd stage was a 1 hour video interview with a controls engineer, given a controls oriented homework problem to complete before the interview.
Third and final stage was 3 hours of video interviews. Was given a longer set of controls homework problems to complete beforehand. Only one of the interviews was a technical discussion with control theory questions. Second homework set was never addressed which was frustrating after putting several hours into completing it.
All interviews seemed to go well. I was I was told I would hear back within two days, but then I was completely ghosted and never heard back from the company. ever again Unprofessional experience, would not recommend. I guess they saw something they didn't like in me, but couldn't bare to give me a rejection?

Interview
I was contacted for an intro conversation that was to occur that week. After supplying my availability, I never heard back from the HR representative. As the week came to a close I contacted the representative, at which point she asked to reschedule for the next week and I supplied her with additional availability. The following week no response came in regards to a conversation. I am very surprised by the lack of professionalism by the individual.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Clear Motion (San Francisco, CA) in Sept 2016
Interview
I interviewed the day after after a career fair. They were professional and friendly, asked mostly questions about how I'd work with data and approach software programming, very basic questions. They seem passionate about what they do; I'm more interested in data science than software programming, so wasn't sure it would be a good fit.
