After an initial submission via email I was notified several weeks later for an in-person interview which took a little over an hour. Solid interview questions, thought provoking and both individuals seemed nice.

Interviewed in person with two different employees. I was asked during a first interview about hourly pay expectations. I felt the interview went well, but after following up via phone and e-mail, I never heard from them again. It's bad form to tell someone you will contact them and you never do.
