Overall process was quick, not even two weeks. First was arranging an hour phone call with a recruiter. A few days later, an hour or so phone interview with the Director of Social. Finally an in-person interview with the President, Director of Marketing, SEM and Social/Community Managers, and Director of New Media all within a two-hour interview time.

Question 1
Give an example of a project and/or accomplishment you were most proud about.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ClassifiedAds.com (Bellevue, WA) in Mar 2017
Interview
The entire process took about a week, and I was notified each step of the way of what to expect and when, which is a nice change from when you submit an application and get radio silence. I applied online, and worked with a recruiter. There was a screening call with the recruiter to evaluate whether my skill set and experience would be a good fit for the position, then a 30 minute phone interview with the SEM Director a few days later. I was then invited to a 2 hour in-person interview at their office. During the final interview, I talked first with the Social Media Director, then the CEO, and finally the rest of the SEM team. They got back to me with their decision very quickly.

Question 1
What would you do if the ads for one of your AdWords accounts were no longer appearing on Google?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ClassifiedAds.com (Bellevue, WA) in May 2015
Interview
Phone screen with a recruiter followed by a writing exercise and a phone interview with the social media manager, and then an in-person loop interview with 5 director-level employees. As part of the in-person interview, be prepared to present the answers you submitted in response to the written assignment. I was taken aback by portions of the in-person interview round. The questions asked by the social media manager were the same questions he asked during the phone interview. I would have expected some overlap, but it was closer to déjà vu. I remember saying three times, "As we discussed when we spoke by phone..." Honestly, I had the feeling he's spoken to so many people, he either didn't remember the conversation or thought I was someone else.

Question 1
Lots of hypotheticals: "How would you caption this photo. How would you respond to this negative comment online, etc."
