Interview
1st virtual interview with Marketing Lead and a Director; followed by a technical task (given the weekend to complete); followed by final in-person interview at their office. This involved meeting approx 15 members of the team in groups of 2/3. Whole team incredibly friendly and inviting, best interview process I've ever experienced. The questions weren't necessarily easy, but I felt they managed to build a really good idea of me as a candidate and how we would work together, without making the process unnecessarily intimidating. Great to meet people in final round from different teams - good way to culture-check. Interviewed for an entry-level position and the questions were suitable for this - they didn't expect me to have years of experience and knowledge, just enthusiasm and some professional experience!

Interview
The interviews were done over teams and got scheduled pretty quickly. In the second interview I was told that they would progress me to the next stage, which consisted of a practical exercise, however I did not hear back from them at all. I followed up with the interviewers a few times over the following weeks but simply got no response.
