There was an assessment day in the morning, then having lunch followed by interviews the assessment day was good and the free lunch helped however in the afternoons if you name was last on the list you have to wait around for a long time

Initial screening test where you have to take notes of a fake client call to show your ability to take accurate and efficient notes. 5 minute telephone interview just to get to know me. Full interview over Zoom (now in person) with three member panel.
