Unfortunately the whole process was a nightmare. I didn't ask about timelines on the first quick call with recruiter and it was a mistake, because later they didn't respond any of my e-mails. HR are super slow, one month later they invited for first interview with hiring manager. There were general questions about risk management process. After that silence for 2 months, then interview with a manager from a neighboring department. It seemed to me that he didn’t care, since this was not a recruitment for his team - he was late, did not know that I already had one interview, said that he needed to leave earlier. Then again I've been ghosted for several months despite they updated regular job ad on different portals. It's not clear why it's so hard in a timely manner send refusals to candidates, instead simply ignoring them, then suddenly appearing and disappearing. The recruiting team is very unprofessional.
