first round- 30 minute 2 on one interview: 3 basic behaivorals the rest pretty basic technicals. 1 accounting question. Some DCF questions. A couple LBO questions- ie. what are the big levers of an lbo.
1 FR, 1 SD. FR all techs, moderate difficulty, SD has 3 behaviorals, 1 technical (harder than FR), 1 case study with comps, PE stuff. Very important to know people in the office.
