Not the best as I went through 3 rounds of interviews only to be told in the end that they can't assist me with sponsorship so it felt like a waste of time as I was there at offer stage

Interview with potential direct manager and the managing director - two face to face interviews. It was more like a chat with behavioral questions with examples. The experience was not difficult and pleasant.
