I applied online. I interviewed at Citi (Warsaw, Masovia)
Interview
First was phone interview - 15 minutes, standard HR questions both in Polish and English. Next was assessment center with work in a group over some problem and an interview with HR specialist about motivation and interests - both in English and Polish. About a week after that I was invited to an "technical" interview - some questions concerning analytical skills.
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Citi in Mar 2009
Interview
It was a normal process with the 'hurry up and wait' concerns during each step. The employees were nice enough, but I think it is impolite to take phone calls during the interview. I really liked the office because it is very new and high tech. I hear that they give you a lot of time off.
