I could just have the first round of the interview and the HR mentioned that the team does not provide visa sponsorship for International students to work in the US.

I had 2 levels of interview, and each interview lasted 30mins each. Both interviews were a panel of two individuals- a Director and a Managing Director. They were generally nice people. Both interviews were held via Zoom.
