Interview
Thorough process with about five rounds of interviews. Final one was with two MD's through Webex. Included case studies, mix of technical and behavioral questions and a lot of scenario based questions.

1 HR interview, 2 article readings and group panel, and last round is with hiring manager.
HR and Hiring Manager are basic behavioral questions
Group panel needs critical thinking and prior research on the group from the Citi page.

Tell me about a time you've handled data and what did you use this
First round interview was a 30 minute phone call with the questions you would expect. Tell me about yourself/ behavioral questions. Also should have some talking points on the industry.
5 to 6 people in a group interview - case study and business awareness. Have sufficient time to study the material. Last for 3 hours in Total. 2 interviewee would ask follow up questions. Quite causal.
