Interview
Selection process consists of two rounds:
Round 1: Two 1:1 interviews with Associates. Supposedly competency-based but the interviewers actually asked about general background, motivation, one brain teaser and some basic valuation questions
Round 2: One case study - report and presentation to an assessor and three 1:1 interviews on motivation, past experiences, technical knowledge and markets issues.
1 FR, 1 SD. FR all techs, moderate difficulty, SD has 3 behaviorals, 1 technical (harder than FR), 1 case study with comps, PE stuff. Very important to know people in the office.

Networked with analyst and got first round. 1 associate 1 vp each 30 min for first round. mix of behavioral and technical questions as well as follow ups regarding technical questions
