Interview
Applied on company website, heard back a couple months later with an offer to come interview with two individuals. Both one on one interviews were pretty standard, there weren't too many difficult questions. Just come in with an understanding of the financial markets and some current events in the business world to be able to carry on a conversation. No strange out of the norm questions.
Relatively normal interview process.

Interview
First I had phone Interview they ask some question about why you want to work here and some financial definition.
Next I got email informing me about Talent Q test which I need to take.
Wait about 2 weeks for answer.
After that I got another interview with HR face to face and make another test there.
Went home and wait for another 2 weeks for answer and last interview with team leader and wait another 2 weeks for answer.
