Interview
You can only apply online. You will have to answer numerous questions with scenarios that you might face if your hired such as selling or dealing with an angry customer. If you pass the character test and your resume is good, you will be called to setup an interview with the branch your applying to. The interview would be held by two supervisors and they would ask you about why you want to work with them. How good you are at selling and also how you deal with angry customers.
Call and in person interview with 3 people must have video on to interview. Also ask about availability and must work other locations. Must work Saturday. Ask about how to handle dificult customers

Interviewer felt unprepared and had trouble connecting to other managers via zoom (don't understand why there had to be a total of like 5 managers who work for different locations present as well). Asked generic interview questions, lasting a total of 20-25 minutes.
