I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Citi (Roseland, NJ) in Oct 2009
Interview
They didn't ask a single technical question until the last interview. They asked mostly for "fit" and "culture", with little emphasis on whether or not i was capable of doing the job. Their biggest mistake was to not ask for more specifics on my level of knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

Question 1
There was no difficult question in the interview. It was all very obvious and not at all challenging. It was as if they had picked questions right out of a handbook for interviewing.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Citi (Buffalo, NY) in Dec 2024
Interview
Was the most smoothest interview processes, it went well, the interviewers were pretty interactive and had genuine interest in understanding my zeal to work, rather than just technical knowledge. This shows that the company promotes hiring new talent that is willing to grow rather than appointing super experienced personnel.
