Cinnamon Care Collection interview questions

1:1 interview, which took an hour. Asking a series of questions about my background, experience, questions about the care industry. There’s a few a scenario questions, for example if I was to make someone a cup of tea, what do I need to be aware of before giving them the tea… answer would be that you understand their needs, dietary requirements etc.
