It takes 2-3 interviews to pass the job interview. Very professional, responsive and detailed feedback given. Clear expectations explained, very focused on luxury retail customer service especialy CRM. You have a better chance to be employeed if you worked in well known luxury brand previously.

Took about a month! Was easy after recruiting and the manager. Took about a month to get an offer from the first conversation. Good communication throughout the process and I felt like they updated me as much as they could.

Vier rondes dmv gesprekken met verschillende afdelingen, gesprekken face to face of videogesprekken. Eerste ronde met de assistent boutique manager gehad, tweede ronde met de Store Director. Derde ronde een gesprek met de Area manager, de vierde ronde met HQ/HR Parijs.
