I Went to a job fair interview on spot first week orientation very easy straight forward mid level fast food experience needed. Interview was quick and he asked me details about my high volume customer service and cooking skills and if I could obtain Servsafe certification in less than 6 months if trained. Business casual dress code black slacks with polo shirt will do. No pressure at all great starting job for high schoolers.

Interview
Group of people sit in a circle to answer questions. First come first serve answers. Some regular questions about working in a restaurant and previous restaurant training and experience. Lasted about 45 minutes
Quite easy interview, no real pressure more just talking about the position itself with a few questions that get asked at every other job as well as some questions on your past experience in the food industry

I showed up on time yet waited in the lobby for the manager for about 15 mins. But it was short and sweet. They ask you basic interview questions. As long as you are competent, you have the job.
