The interview was relaxed and the interviewers were friendly. At the end, they provided a clear timeframe for a decision regarding proceeding to the second round. However, after 3 weeks and and two follow-ups later, I realise I've been ghosted. Surprised and disappointed to encounter this within the not for profit sector.
