I received an email confirming that my application had been reviewed and that the company wished to engage further. I was asked to select a suitable date and time for a brief call. I then interviewed with EB Taffa, who indicated that he was impressed with my profile, notwithstanding that I exceeded the qualifications for the advertised role. He further advised that he intended to share the job details of the client for whom the post was listed with me and that he would send me the relevant information, together with another position that aligned with my experience.
Three weeks have now passed with no communication, despite a follow up from my side. The absence of any response reflects poorly on their service standards and raises legitimate concerns regarding their communication practices.
