It’s a horrible firm, the managing partner will just randomly fire ppl as she likes. She always bragging how great the firm is but the truth is that she knows nothing.

Two rounds of interview. First round with one partner and one senior associate. Standard interview questions such as why corporate law, what's your career plan, etc. Second round to meet the managing partner. No professional questions, just chit chatting and getting to know you.
