Interview
Interviews mainly followed by an external headhunter, with 3 steps to assess soft and hard skills.
Interview with CEO was quite informal, with some descriptions on working life in the company, expectations and potential next steps.
Impression I had was that CEO likes the one-man-show, so could be tough to bring your ideas.
As it happens quite often with poorly structured employers, never received a feedback (although it was promised).
