I really don't understand their game, it must be for someone who is desperate enough for:
- a mid-senior level role with junior-level pay
- no benefits, not even PTO
- why would you do such a stringent selection process for an hourly pay? if I don't deliver, you don't pay me, that should be enough, it's not like I'll get any social security

Interview
A recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn and asked me if I was interested in having an interview for a PM Lead position. He sent me the details (salary 2-4 k) and the agenda of one of his teammates to arrange the meeting. So far so good. But a couple of hours before the meeting they canceled it saying that the position was already covered by an internal search. Weird.
