I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cavenagh Health (Scotstown, Scotland) in Mar 2022
Interview
They were experts at gas lighting me as a candidate for a position they were promoting. It was obvious I was used as a candidate to tick a box so they could get a better suited candidate for the position.
There was no preparation for the interview and actually more preparation and information about Cavenagh Health by Nick than the role itself.
They clearly hired people who were inexperienced who contacted through a range of different platforms (LinkedIn, email, Zoom) than chosing one communication channel. When I was rejected from the role, it was a copied and pasted reply with different font text and size. It was incredibly insulting.
I provided clear feedback on their interview process and they could not give me the time of day providing feedback as to why I didn't get the role and why they, Cavenagh Health, could t day why they put me forward for the role.
They finally gaslighted me several times saying I was "emotional" and not giving me a straight answer after asking 3 times politely before I became very tired of the lack of listening and constant gas lighting.
Frankly, avoid at all costs.
