The interview process was smooth and pretty relaxed overall. First, I had a call with the hiring manager, which was more of an open conversation about my background, interests, and what I’m looking for next. Then I met the design team for a live Figma walkthrough, where I showed one of my recent projects and we talked through my workflow and design decisions. After that, I presented the same project to a wider cross‑functional group (PMs, engineers, etc.) and we discussed collaboration, trade‑offs, and how I’d work with the team day to day. Everyone was friendly, the conversations felt honest, and I left with a clear picture of the role.
