A group interview with a set of tasks to complete, such as choosing items for a specific type of customer then bringing them back to the group and explaining your choices. A few questions within the group and about your availability.
interview in the office for 30 mins and trial on the shop floor for 30 mins. If it is group interview, role play instead of trial.
