I was interviewed by one of the corporate mangers because they were out of a general manager at the time. (I quickly realized later why) The interview process was quick and easy and I was offered the job on the spot. After accepting the job, I found myself in a horrible situation. They had hired a new general manager who took the office that was given to me and I was stuck in the back of the shop where maintenance was performed. I also found myself feeling very uncomfortable with all the gross perverted men who worked there and lurked on women. As a woman, I did not feel comfortable working at this company. I felt like prey everyday and was not seen as a manager as I had been hired in a management position.
